Natural Goodness Pumpkin crunchy treats


For the pumpkin dough:
2 cups rice flour
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)
1 organic egg
1 tsp turmeric & a pinch of black pepper
3 tsp Ghee (clarified butter) - you can use coconut oil as another option, but I'm personally not fond of it.

Good to know:
👩‍🍳 turmeric is a super powerful anti-inflammatory full of vitamins and minerals. It's an amazing natural supplement for joints and promotes good digestion. Adding a pinch of black pepper will help the body absorb all the benefits of turmeric! The only downside is that it stains easily.

Mix all ingredients together, adding the flour last. Knead it into a ball. The dough will be sticky, so put a little flour to roll it. Use any cookie cutter and get creative! We had fun creating weird eyes and bathing suits :).
Place shaped treats on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 min. at 325F.
The bikini lady above  is a little sunburnt, she enjoyed lounging too much
