Jaydon 🐶❤️k&m’s Gorgeous Mecical Assist model dog.

Bio:

Jaydon is an F2 Pomsky. A pomsky is a mix between a Siberian Husky and a Pomeranian. Both of Jaydon's parents were 50/50 split pomskys. Jaydon is 2 1/2 years old.

Jaydon is a medical assist and allergen detection service dog. He is trained to retrieve my EpiPen and other medications in response to my medical condition and to my allergies that cause anaphylaxis.  He has retrieved my medications on three separate occasions saving my life.

Jaydon is trained to retrieve emergency medication in response to changes in my breathing, a hand signal, or verbal commands.

Jaydon is certified in tree nut detection of 8 different tree nuts that I am allergic to. He has alerted me to the presence of nuts in foods that I was going to eat that were not expected to have nuts on 5 occasions, preventing me from having an anaphylactic reactions.

Jaydon has 7 AKC titles:  AKC Good Citizen, Community Canine, Urban Canine, Trick Dog Novice, Trick Dog Intermediate, Trick Dog Advanced and Trick Dog Performer.

Jaydon loves doing agility and obstacle courses along with tracking (locating people) and article recovery. He loves to play fetch and tug-of-war. His favorite toys are things that squeak or are crunchy, like water bottles.

Jaydon is a picky eater when it comes to meals,  but bring on the treats, I haven't seen any he doesn't like.

Jaydon is happiest when he is working, whether it be service dog related tasks, doing tricks or scent work.

Some of his quirks are that he gets so excited when doing tricks that he will just start preforming all of his tricks, without listening to me because he is so focused on getting the treat. He also can be very clumsy when doing some of his tricks because he is so eager for the reward. He will drop whatever item he is retrieving multiple times or trip over bags he is trying to carry, its pretty funny and he looks super silly. My favorite things about Jaydon are his playful, silly and loving nature.
